Shacon Limited is a Malawi based, full-service construction company that specializes in commercial, industrial, and residential building constructions. Founded in 2017 by Jitendrakumar Patel, is the founding director of Shacon Limited, who is also known as the Managing Director and shareholder of Shayona Cement Corporation.
Our work has always been driven by the needs of our clients. As a family-owned business, we treat our clients like one of our own. We get to know them, foster open communication, and make ourselves available at all times – before, during, and after the project is completed.
Construction is a complicated process with a lot of moving parts. Our experienced staff, combined with detailed planning and thoughtful execution, makes the process easier and enjoyable. And our goal is to deliver what every client desires: well-built, cost-effective, and timely projects.

Over the years, Shacon Limited has recruited many talented and experienced engineers, who were able to showcase their ability and knowledge in building the tallest structure - 80 meters high - in Malawi, which currently stands strong at the Shayona Cement factory. Shacon Limited has all the necessary equipment and machinery in completing such large scaled projects.
